Job Description

You are a Business Development Executive (Local) at Aqlix IT Solutions, located in Chandigarh, India, focusing on new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management to drive growth and expansion. In this full-time on-site role, you will play a crucial part in nurturing sales leads, converting them into clients, maintaining client relationships, delivering sales presentations, and meeting/exceeding sales targets. Your responsibilities also include accurate record-keeping of lead and sales activity in the CRM system. To excel in this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field along with 3-4 years of experience in business development or B2B/B2C sales. Your success will be driven by your strong communication, lead management, and negotiation skills, as well as proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot. Being goal-oriented, self-driven, and capable of working independently are also essential traits for this position.
