Sales Representative – B2B Automotive (Hybrid – Gurugram)

B2B automotive parts supplier serving the USA market, with a focus solely on North America

Role Overview

The Sales Representative will play a critical role in driving Shopstock’s growth by identifying, engaging, and onboarding new B2B customers. This role requires someone with strong communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and ideally a passion for the automotive industry. You will work closely with our leadership and customer service teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience and long-term client success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and sign up new B2B customers within the U.S. automotive aftermarket.
  • Conduct outreach via calls, email, and online platforms to generate qualified leads.
  • Present Shopstock’s value proposition to automotive businesses and distributors.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding and account setup.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and long-term growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff and excellent customer experience.
  • Report on sales activities, pipeline growth, and customer acquisition metrics.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in automotive or related industries.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close new business.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment.
  • Preference will be given to candidates who:
