Your role overview involves developing and executing strategies to drive B2B business in new and existing markets as well as partnering with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent. You will mentor employees to help them achieve individual and team objectives. Additionally, you will be responsible for driving Sales & Marketing strategies for achieving B2B/Institutional/Corporate Sales, focusing on Agri inputs products.
