Role Overview The B2B Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth for destination in the Europe,Japan Korea,Vietnam. You will develop and maintain relationships with key B2B partners, including travel agencies,tour operators, and corporate clients, to promote B2B Sales deals. Key Responsibility Sales Strategy -Client Acqusition -Market Analysis -Product Development -Sales Reporting -Negotiation -Team Collaboration Requirements Experience: Minimum 2-6 years of experience in B2B sales with the outbound travel industry with a focus on the Europe, and/or Asian markets. Knowledge: Strong understanding of the travel market dynamics, particularly in the Europe Japan Korea, Scandinavia, Vietnam. Experience with B2B sales strategies and client relationship management. Skill: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and sustain long-term business relationships.
