Job Title: B2B Sales Manager - Jewelry Industry Department: Sales & Business Development Reports To: Head of Sales / Director of Business Development Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Job Type: Full-time Experience Required: 3-7 years in B2B sales (jewelry/gems industry preferred) Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic B2B Sales Manager to drive business growth by building and managing relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and corporate clients in the jewelry sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, strong understanding of jewelry products, and the ability to close high-value deals. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities with jewelry retailers, distributors, and corporate clients Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing B2B clients to ensure repeat business Present product catalogs, conduct business meetings, and negotiate pricing and terms Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for B2B segment Coordinate with production and design teams to meet client specifications and delivery timelines Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to network and generate leads Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review Handle bulk orders, custom design requests, and special client requirements Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 3-7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in jewelry, gems, or luxury goods Strong knowledge of gold, diamond, silver, and gemstone jewelry Excellent negotiation and communication skills Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and trade events Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Preferred SkillsExisting network of jewelry retailers and wholesalers Understanding of jewelry manufacturing processes and quality standards Multilingual abilities (Hindi, Gujarati, English)
