Job Description

As a Sales Executive at Yanolja Cloud Solution Pvt. Ltd. (YCS) formerly eZee Technosys, you will play a crucial role in managing regional customer relationships, driving business growth through lead generation, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Pitching and onboarding hotels onto the B2B Marketplace platform to drive hotel activation and maximize conversion potential. - Serving as the main point of contact for hotelier queries and providing troubleshooting support related to the B2B Marketplace. - Coordinating with hotels to optimize rates and commission strategies for competitive pricing and enhanced performance. - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth partner experience and effective communication. Key Competencies for the Role: - Sales Expertise: Demonstrated track record in hospitality tech or SaaS sales, with a focus on revenue growth. - Customer Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain client relationships for long-term satisfaction. - Lead Generation & Conversion: Proficiency in identifying leads, cold calling, and converting opportunities into business growth. - Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in English and regional languages to engage prospects effectively. - CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools for accurate activity tracking and reporting. - Time Management & Multitasking: Skilled at managing priorities, meeting deadlines, and achieving sales targets efficiently. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. - Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound sales with a proven track record of driving business growth. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. - Knowledge of market trends and competitor activities.
