B2B Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities: - Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads from new and existing travel agents to expand TIRUN's distribution network. - Sales Execution: Implement sales strategies provided by the team, with a strong focus on meeting individual targets. - Agent Engagement: Develop strong, trust-based relationships with travel agents through regular in-person interactions. - On-Field Focus: This role involves 100% on-ground activities. You will actively visit markets, meet agents, drive conversions, and represent TIRUN in face-to-face engagements. - Market Feedback: Stay informed about industry activities and provide relevant market insights to internal teams for strategic improvements. - Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth follow-ups and exceptional customer service. Skills & Qualifications: - 2-3 years of experience in sales or field roles within the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry. - Excellent English communication skills and confidence in managing face-to-face client interactions. - Self-driven, organized, and dedicated to achieving results. - Comfortable with daily market visits and extensive fieldwork. - Strong relationship-building abilities and keen attention to detail. - Proficiency in Gujarati, the regional language, is an added advantage.
