Job Title: Inside Sales Executive – B2B SaaS Location: Mumbai – 2 Positions NCR (Delhi/NCR) – 1 Position Company: SpeEdLabs (www.speedlabs.in) About SpeEdLabs: SpeEdLabs is an AI-driven personalized learning platform founded by IIT/IIM alumni. We provide adaptive, practice-based learning solutions to schools, coaching centers, and other educational institutions through our B2B SaaS model. Role Overview: We are looking for highly motivated Inside Sales Executives to join our growing B2B SaaS team. You will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, pitching our products virtually, and closing deals with educational institutions across India. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp campaigns to generate leads from schools and coaching centers Explain product features and benefits via virtual meetings and demos Follow up with leads and convert them into customers Maintain CRM and update all customer interactions and sales activities Meet and exceed monthly targets for qualified leads and closures Work closely with field sales and marketing teams for smooth client onboarding Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in B2B SaaS or EdTech Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong persuasion and negotiation skills Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting targets Comfortable using CRM tools, Google Workspace, and video conferencing platforms Laptop and stable Wi-Fi connection are mandatory Ability to work from office (Mumbai/NCR) Compensation: Fixed salary (as per experience) Performance-based incentives Opportunity to grow within a fast-scaling EdTech startup Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Paid time off Work from home Schedule: Day shift Application Question(s): Do you have a laptop and wifi connection What is your last in hand salary Experience: B2B sales: 1 year (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred) Location: Delhi, Delhi (Preferred) Work Location: In person
