B2B Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Manager to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate must possess a solid background in sales and team management, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Automobile sector. Previous experience in the EV sector will be a valuable asset. Your responsibilities will include achieving sales targets and growth objectives for the designated territory, developing and overseeing a robust dealer/distributor network, conducting market research to identify sales opportunities and assess customer needs, establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key clients and channel partners, monitoring competition and market trends to adapt strategies accordingly, preparing and presenting regular sales reports to senior management, training and motivating the field sales team to ensure optimal performance, coordinating with marketing and product teams for promotional activities and new product launches, as well as addressing customer complaints and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 6 years of relevant sales experience, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, the ability to effectively lead and manage a team, and a willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
