B2B Sales Executive (Inside Sales)

This is an inside sales B2B role where the candidate will be responsible for calling business leads, onboarding companies on our portal, and supporting them in submitting their requirements digitally.
Key Responsibilities : 

1. Make outbound calls to business leads provided by the company
2. Explain the company platform, services, and onboarding process
3. Onboard companies on the portal
4. Assist onboarded companies in submitting their requirements on the portal
5. Perform regular follow-ups to ensure onboarding completion
6. Maintain basic call and onboarding hygiene on the system

Target & Performance Expectations :

1. Daily calling target: 100 outbound calls
2. Daily onboarding target: Minimum 10 companies onboarded on the portal

Candidate Eligibility :

1. Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in inside sales / B2B sales
2. Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate
3. Strong verbal communication skills (Hindi mandatory, English & other Language preferred)
4. Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers
5. Basic computer and internet proficiency
6. Willingness to work in a target-driven environment

Work Details :

1. Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Work Mode:

1. Monday to Friday: Work from Office
2. Saturday: Work from Home

Timings: Office hours
