Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic B2B Sales Executive to join our growing team in Pune. The candidate will be responsible for promoting our products/services to business clients, building strong professional relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential business clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
• Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
• Lead Management: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with business partners and clients.
• Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare customized proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize sales agreements.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
