Key Responsibilities:
Review and verify incoming orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Accurately input order details into the order processing system/ excel.
Monitor and track the status of orders, from the point of entry to final delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and production, to optimize order processing and delivery processes.
Ensure a high level of responsiveness to mails/ calls.
Address and resolve any quality-related concerns or deviations.
Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and related documents.
Generate reports on order processing performance and share insights with management.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices.
Qualifications:
Experience in order processing, B2B Operations, or a similar role is advantageous.
Proficiency in Excel / Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of inventory management systems and order tracking tools, Purchase Order creation.
Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
Effective communication.
