Job Description

Looking for a Shift Manager _ QSR Chain Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

Team Supervision: Lead and motivate the team to provide exceptional service and ensure that all customer needs are met during your shift.
Operational Efficiency: Ensure smooth daily operations, including managing staff schedules, overseeing inventory, and ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in the store.
Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints or issues, ensuring that every guest has a positive experience.
Cash Management: Handle daily cash transactions, ensuring accuracy in sales reports, and balance the cash register at the end of the shift.
Staff Training: Support the training and onboarding of new staff, ensuring they understand company policies and standards.
Stock and Supplies: Monitor stock levels and place orders for inventory as needed, ensuring that products are always fresh and well-stocked.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
