Position Overview We are seeking a results-driven B2B Lead Generation Specialist with a strong understanding of Data Engineering, Analytics, AI/ML, and Cloud Transformation services. This role is ideal for someone passionate about connecting with senior decision-makers, generating high-quality leads, and playing a pivotal role in fueling our growth in key markets. Key Responsibilities Identify and engage potential enterprise clients across industries for data, analytics, cloud, and AI/ML solutions. Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Apollo, and similar platforms to drive high-quality lead generation. Qualify leads by assessing their business needs, technical alignment, and readiness to engage—then schedule discovery calls with the sales team. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date lead database in CRM systems. Partner with the marketing team to fine-tune outreach messaging, campaigns, and content strategies. Monitor KPIs including lead conversion rates, outreach success metrics, and campaign ROI. Stay on top of industry trends, competitor moves, and emerging developments in data, cloud, and AI tech landscapes. Required Skills & Qualifications 2–4 years of proven B2B lead generation experience in the technology sector, preferably in Data Management, Business Intelligence, Cloud, or AI solutions. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus. Hands-on experience with CRM and sales engagement platforms. Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with a knack for building rapport across cultures. Highly self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
