Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage sales activities for B2B industrial customers, focusing on packaging solutions from Nilkamal's Bubblegard division.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue growth through effective customer engagement and relationship management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy development.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products to meet customer expectations while maintaining high levels of quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or industrial sales with a focus on packaging solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech/B.E.).
  • Diploma holder in Any Specialization.
  • Strong understanding of industrial products, particularly those related to packaging materials
