We are seeking a driven and target-oriented B2B Business Development & Client Acquisition Executive to join our in-house team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in business development within the executive search or staffing sector. You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, nurturing relationships with key decision-makers, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B clients for executive search and staffing services.
• Build and cultivate strong client relationships with HR and business leaders of premium organisations.
• Meet business development and revenue targets.
• Prepare compelling proposals and presentations for client pitches.
• Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

• 1–5 years of B2B business development and client acquisition experience in the executive search or staffing industry.
• Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales/revenue targets.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive attitude.
