Job Description: Security Support Engineer (Azure & Microsoft Security Products)
We are looking for a Security Support Engineer to join our elite, customer-facing team, focused on resolving complex technical issues related to Azure Cloud and on-premises Microsoft security products.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering mission-critical support to enterprise customers, helping them optimize their security posture and effectively use Microsoft technologies. You bring a passion for learning, collaboration, deep problem-solving, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Scope and resolve complex issues related to onboarding, deployment, and product configuration.
Advise and educate customers on product features, capabilities, and best practices.
Interpret and analyze log data to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
Communicate solutions and recommendations to customers, enabling long-term issue prevention.
Collaborate with other teams across Microsoft to develop tailored solutions for customer needs.
Develop and maintain documentation, including runbooks and process guides, to support training and standardization.
Troubleshoot customer environments, including cloud, server, endpoint, and network infrastructure.
Provide mitigation steps and implement workarounds to minimize service interruptions.
Stay up to date with product roadmaps, updates, and emerging technologies.
Required Experience:
Minimum of 2+ years in Network Security Engineering, consulting, or Systems Administration.
2+ years of customer-facing technical support experience.
At least 1+ year of experience with Windows Server, Windows Client, Active Directory, or Azure Active Directory.
1+ year of enterprise cloud experience with any major provider, including cloud security, networking, or hybrid deployments.
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong troubleshooting and incident management experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, on a rotational basis.
