Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 6-8 years of experience to lead our team as an AWS Team Lead in the employment firm industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading teams and managing cloud-based projects.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and lead a team of professionals in designing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale AWS infrastructure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and implement best practices for AWS deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Ensure compliance with security, scalability, and reliability standards.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving overall code quality.

Job Requirements

Strong experience in leading teams and managing complex cloud-based projects.
Proficiency in AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and CloudFormation.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong understanding of cloud security, compliance, and governance.
Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems.
