Role Overview

AWS Partner Programs & Cloud Acceleration Lead

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience running AWS MAP 2.0 engagements, securing funding, and managing Partner Central operations—from setup through tier advancement (Select, Advanced, Competency).

You will work directly with the CTO and cross-functional teams to ensure our AWS partnership drives measurable business growth and technical credibility.

Key Responsibilities

• APN Setup & Governance

• Manage AWS Partner Central onboarding, Services Path enrollment, and compliance.
• Drive achievement of

  Select Tier

  or higher through certification, reference, and validation requirements.
• Optimize our public

  AWS Partner Solutions Finder

  profile for visibility and alignment with healthcare and AI solution domains.

• MAP (Migration Acceleration Program) Execution

• Run

  Assess → Mobilize → Migrate/Modernize

  cycles for internal and client workloads.
• Build MRA, TCO, and Migration Plan deliverables to secure

  MAP funding

  and AWS co-investment.
• Liaise with AWS Partner Success Managers (PSMs) and field teams to maintain funding and incentive eligibility.

• Specializations & Competencies

• Develop roadmap toward targeted AWS Competencies (e.g., Healthcare, Migration, AI/ML).
• Prepare technical validation and evidence packages for competency submission.

• Reporting & Optimization

• Maintain dashboards and KPIs for certifications, customer launches, and funding utilization.
• Continuously improve partner program operations and internal enablement.
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of AWS ecosystem experience, including

  MAP 2.0

  or

  APN management

  .
• Proven record leading at least 2+ AWS-funded

  Mobilize or Migrate

  engagements.
• Familiarity with

  AWS Partner Central

  ,

  Solutions Finder

  , and

  Funding/Claim workflows

  .
• Strong understanding of

  TCO modeling

  ,

  migration playbooks

  , and

  business case development

  .
• AWS certifications preferred (Cloud Practitioner, Solutions Architect, or Partner Accreditation).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to interface with AWS teams and executives.
