Job Description

DevOps Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage
CI/CD pipelines
using tools like
GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitLab CI
.
Build and maintain
AWS cloud infrastructure
for production, staging, and development environments.
Manage
AWS deployments
and automate infrastructure provisioning using
Terraform
and
CloudFormation
.
Implement and manage
Kubernetes (EKS)
clusters and containerized workloads for scalability and resilience.
Develop automation scripts using
Shell Scripting (Bash)
or
Python
to streamline infrastructure operations.
Configure monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions using
CloudWatch
,
Prometheus
,
Grafana
, or equivalent tools.
Manage
IAM roles
,
VPCs
,
security groups
, and
encryption
to ensure compliance and security best practices.
Implement
backup and disaster recovery
strategies and perform regular validation tests.
Collaborate with development and QA teams to support continuous delivery and ensure environment consistency.
Continuously drive
automation, cost optimization, and performance improvements
across cloud systems.

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years
of hands-on experience in
DevOps or Cloud Infrastructure Engineering
.
Strong expertise in AWS
(EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, EKS, ECS, IAM, VPC).
Working experience with
Terraform
and
Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
principles.
Hands-on experience with
Kubernetes
(EKS preferred) and
Docker
.
Proficiency in
Shell scripting (Bash)
; experience with
Python
or
PowerShell
is a plus.
Experience with
CI/CD tools
(GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitLab CI).
Good understanding of
Linux system administration
and
networking fundamentals
.
Familiarity with
monitoring, logging, and observability tools
(CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK).
Strong grasp of
cloud security, compliance, and scalability
best practices
