Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Deployment & Expansion:

Support the technical planning and execution of M365 global cloud expansion projects.
Participate in deployment, configuration, and validation of Microsoft 365 workloads (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID, etc.) in new geographic regions.
Implement automation and deployment pipelines to streamline regional onboarding and service rollout.

Infrastructure & Operations:

Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure components (Azure AD, Azure networking, identity services) that support M365 operations.
Monitor and troubleshoot service issues and incidents across M365 and Azure environments.
Support capacity planning, scaling, and performance optimization of regional M365 services.

Compliance & Security:

Ensure alignment with global and regional compliance, data residency, and security requirements.
Implement and validate security controls and governance policies in coordination with security and compliance teams.

Collaboration & Documentation:

Work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and product teams for deployment readiness and operational excellence.
Document technical processes, runbooks, and deployment architectures.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience: 5–7 years of relevant experience in cloud engineering or systems administration, with a focus on Microsoft 365 and/or Azure.

Technical Skills

Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 architecture and administration.
Experience with Azure services (networking, storage, compute, identity management).
Knowledge of PowerShell, Azure CLI, or other scripting languages for automation.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (e.g., ARM, Bicep, Terraform).
Experience working in global, distributed environments.
