Job Description

overseeing a workforce of ~1,100 employees (approx. 600 on-roll and 500 contractual).
End-to-end leadership across key functions: Operations, HR, IT, Purchase, and Commercial.
Accountable for regulatory compliance, productivity enhancement, and cost optimization to meet stringent US FDA standards.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management: Oversee plant budgets (approx. 90 lakh annually) and ensure cost efficiency while meeting production targets.
Continuous Improvement: Champion lean manufacturing, automation, and process enhancements to sustain competitive advantage. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior leadership, regulatory agencies, vendors, and external partners. Education: Graduate/Post-graduate in Engineering, Pharmacy, or related discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred. Experience: 18+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in a US FDA-approved facility. Proven track record in large-scale plant management, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional leadership.
