AVP/ VP Hiring - from BPO - Travel Process

You are being recruited by IEnergizer Noida for the position of AVP/ VP Operations for Domestic Travel Process. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the delivery of Travel accounts (Domestic), ensuring delivery matrix and contractual SLA management, and providing timely and accurate reporting of performance metrics and SLAs to the Management. Additionally, you will be expected to handle day-to-day client management and effectively lead all client and internal calls for the process as a single point of contact. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a span of 500+ FTs across multiple Travel accounts - Deploy optimal workflow to achieve desired delivery goals - Implement and review Quality Control measures and Tollgates in the process - Monitor trend analysis on dashboard/ MIS/ performance reports and suggest solutions for further improvements - Identify opportunities to streamline business processes and systems - Represent the company in operational reviews and actively participate in MBRs/QBRs - Direct workflow, training, and shared services for the account's optimum functioning - Handle attrition and career planning for all employees within your span of control - Strategically grow the account to increase top line for the organization - Manage and enhance the profitability of the account Qualification Required: - Educational qualification: Graduate in Business Management - Work experience: 15+ years of relevant experience In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, technical writing skills, and a deep understanding of contracts and key BPO dynamics. Your customer service orientation, client management skills, and ability to guide a team to success will be crucial.
