Assist in preparation of Monthly Financial Pack, Annual Plan and Group Head MBO reviews
Daily download of GL transactional dump, HR data dump and analysis
Tracking of expense daily, comparison to Plan and variance analysis
Preparation of reclass, rectification entries and coordination with CAD
Coordination with HR on correct mapping of Employees CC
Validating and Preparing Upload data for Headcount- Into Portal
Assist in monthly Provision files - Collation, Review and Submission- Bank wide
Technology Project Status report, LPO / Requisition report, Capitalization of Projects
Assist in monthly cost allocation for support units
Adhoc expense and HC reporting at bank level
Validate data accuracy for MicroStrategy, Power BI & other automation tools enabler units
Consistent review of all Accounting manuals, procedures, policies Mashreq
Identify areas to automate the process and in line with the bank policy
Reporting to Asst Vice President - Finance and Planning, PMAD, Corporate Affairs.
Teamwork, punctuality, innovation, willingness to take more responsibility.
Increase of process efficiency, value added service.
Continuous adherence and improvement of process through automation of processes, activities.
Adherence to PP, Banks Operating Process and procedures. Maintain confidentiality of banks information, documents etc.
Assistance in providing inputs for Risk reporting.
Escalation of internal misconduct, breach of code of ethics, confidentiality etc.
Analytical and Prioritize assigned tasks to minimize negative impact
Full Compliance with internal processes.
Handling of internal Customer complaints
Pre-empt for any potential issues and the risk mitigant measures
Stakeholder s Engagements and to deliver value added services.
Resolving problems as they occur
Enforce the company s policies and procedure
Accounting / Commerce Graduate within minimum 2 years of related system experience
Strong Analytical Skill with Excel, Word, MIS reporting, and Power Point with good presentation & communication skills.
Basic knowledge of Banks operating system specifically Oracle related applications.
Teamwork, punctuality, Innovation, Willingness to take more responsibility.
Professional, with a proven track record of integrity and ethical values without any doubt.
