Job Description


  • An experienced Chartered Accountant with a flair towards Growth Initiatives having business maturity strong leadership skills who can identify industry trends articulate growth opportunities.
  • Work with internal teams like product Research Consulting to be the bridge between Sales and Products.
  • Strong analytical and insight-driven problem-solving skills with the ability to pursue consultative client
  • engagements to drive business growth. Enable revenue generation through lead generations
  • Provides regional leadership to drive strategic business development and execute new business initiatives that align with the region and add value
  • Identify and pursue areas for growth, leveraging capabilities to develop Strategic plans for this segment to ensure business expansion
  • Program management, with the ability to own development of business pipeline and effectively coordinate internal resources and teams to maximize business conversion.
  • Optimise Revenue process by driving efficiency through automation Technology
  • Redefine pricing plans monitor market trends and competitor pricing regularly
  • Analyse sales data to identify revenue opportunities. Define customer trends Collaborate with sales,marketing, and finance teams Forecast future market conditions and adjust strategies



Requirements


  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a revenue leadership role with a strong track record in driving revenue growth.
  • Proven expertise in developing revenue models and pricing strategies to support profitability and growth.
  • Background in business strategy, aligning revenue initiatives with overall company objectives.
  • 5-6 years of finance experience with a solid understanding of financial principles, debt management, and alliances.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to identify revenue opportunities.
  • Demonstrated experience in negotiating and finalizing beneficial deals with banks and NBFCs.
  • Leadership experience with cross-functional teams, collaborating closely to meet revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the confidence to advocate for solutions effectively.
