AVP – Regulatory Reporting, Chennai (Onsite)

Location:

Assistant Vice President – Regulatory Reporting

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and mitigate risks associated with prudential regulatory reporting
• Prepare, review, and submit reports in line with PRA/EBA guidelines
• Manage Basel III/IV implementations independently
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Operations, IT, and Compliance
• Lead UATs, parallel runs, and ensure successful go-live of regulatory changes
• Maintain effective communication with regulators and internal leadership

Required Experience:

• 6–10 years of experience in regulatory reporting (up to 13 years considered)
• Strong hands-on exposure to one or more regulatory metrics:
• RWA, LCR, Leverage Ratio, Large Exposures
• Prior experience working with UK/EU regulators (PRA, EBA, IRA)
• Ability to handle regulatory change initiatives from start to finish
• Proven track record in control frameworks, reporting governance, and risk management

Preferred Skills:

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in strategic tool implementation for regulatory reporting
• Self-driven, with the ability to operate independently in a high-compliance environment
