AVP- Project Management(P&C Insurance)

You will be joining as an AVP Project Management with 15 to 22 years of experience, based in Gurgaon / Noida. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead project management for a major Insurance client. Your main responsibilities will include leading project teams from discovery to production, utilizing a managed service model. You will need to showcase your skills in delivery, project, stakeholder, and client management. We are looking for a thought leader who can excel as a program manager and surpass client expectations through managed service delivery. Your role will also involve working as a technology consultant to assist clients in defining and managing their delivery roadmap. Additionally, you should be capable of overseeing multiple programs and understanding the diverse business needs of clients. Strong client and stakeholder management skills are essential for this position. Experience in P&C domain solutions delivery is required, along with a deep understanding of Agile concepts, especially SCRUM. A minimum certification of CSM or PSM is necessary, while PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, and ICM certifications are advantageous. Your technical background should include hands-on experience in software development and web technologies. You must effectively manage client expectations, cultivate relationships to drive engagement, and lead discussions on architecture and technical issues. Other key responsibilities include developing and controlling program plans, understanding TFS/DevOps, and ensuring technical feasibility in project scopes. Your ability to adapt to rapid changes, coordinate with internal resources and stakeholders, and provide constructive feedback will be crucial for successful project execution. Furthermore, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, managing client relationships, performing risk management, and overseeing production support processes. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong focus on planning and deployments are essential for this role.,
