Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an AVP OTC Project Senior Analyst, located in Gurugram with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day tasks include managing over-the-counter (OTC) derivatives projects, coordinating with various stakeholders, analyzing business requirements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The role involves data analysis, process improvement, and risk management. The Senior Analyst will also be responsible for creating detailed reports, providing strategic recommendations to enhance operational efficiency, and participating in project planning and execution. Qualifications Strong understanding of OTC derivatives and financial instruments Experience in project management and business analysis Proficiency in data analysis and risk management Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in financial services Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) is a plus Show more Show less
