Role Overview

Talent Acquisition Leader

deep understanding of AI/ML technical roles

Key Responsibilities

• Lead

  end-to-end talent acquisition

  for Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, and related domains across global markets.
• Partner with senior stakeholders (global business leaders, R&D heads, and technical leaders) to

  define talent needs and workforce strategies

  .
• Drive hiring for

  senior and niche technical roles

  , including:

• Generative AI Engineer, AI Research Scientist, NLP Engineer, Prompt Engineer, ML Engineer, Data Scientist, Research Scientist, Quantitative Analyst, AI/ML Consultant

  , and

  MLOps Specialist

  .
• Build and execute

  global hiring strategies for AI-first organizations

  , identifying and attracting top talent from academia, research labs, and leading AI companies.
• Manage recruitment for roles with expertise in:
  

• Generative AI & LLMs

  : GPT-4, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, LLaMA, BERT, T5, Diffusion Models, Stable Diffusion, DALL-E, LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG, Prompt Engineering.

• ML & NLP Technologies

  : PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS), OpenAI API.

• MLOps & Cloud AI

  : MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, Azure ML, Vertex AI, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD ML pipelines, Model Monitoring (Evidently, Prometheus), Feature Stores (Feast, Tecton).

• Big Data & Analytics

  : Spark, Hadoop, SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI.
• Implement

  modern recruitment techniques

  , leveraging AI-driven sourcing, publications, conferences, research networks, and innovative employer branding approaches.
• Build partnerships with

  universities, research institutions, and AI communities

  to drive pipeline development.
• Drive

  DEI initiatives

  to ensure diverse and inclusive AI/ML teams across global locations.
• Mentor and manage a team of TA professionals to deliver on aggressive hiring goals.

Key Requirements

• 1015+ years

  of experience in

  Talent Acquisition

  , including

  5+ years in technology hiring for AI/ML or advanced research domains

  .
• Proven track record in

  global senior-level hiring

  (Director/Principal/Scientist roles).
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and ability to

  engage credibly with highly technical stakeholders

  .
• Experience working across multiple geographies (US, Europe, India, APAC) in a

  matrixed global environment

  .
• Expertise in

  modern hiring strategies

  : AI-driven sourcing, people analytics, employer branding, and passive talent engagement.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence global leaders and drive hiring outcomes.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and collaboration abilities.
• Bachelors or Master’s degree in

  Human Resources, Business, or related field

  (Tech/AI background is a strong plus but not mandatory).

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Deep passion for

  AI & next-gen technologies

  and curiosity to stay abreast of latest research (LLMs, Generative AI, ML Ops automation).
• Demonstrated ability to hire in

  highly competitive, niche markets

  where demand for AI/ML talent is global and scarce.
• Experience in scaling AI/ML teams in

  startups, global technology firms, or research-driven organizations
