Role - AVP – E-commerce 📍 Location: Gurugram (On-site) 📊 Reports to: VP - E-commerce 🏢 Company: Wellbeing Nutrition – India’s leading D2C nutraceuticals brand About the Role We're looking for a high-performing AVP – E-commerce to drive growth across marketplaces (Specifically Amazon & Flipkart). This role is for someone who’s built and scaled a D2C brand , thrives in a high-growth environment, and is hungry for real ownership. If you’ve handled the P&L for a ₹100 Cr+ portfolio and understand what it takes to win on platforms like Amazon & Flipkart — this is for you. What You’ll Own Growth strategy, planning, forecasting, and execution for India’s top marketplaces. P&L ownership for Amazon & Flipkart marketplaces. Own performance KPIs : ROAS, TACoS, conversions, visibility share Scale revenue through performance marketing, pricing, and cross-functional alignment, Improve conversions, ROAS, and CAC across digital touchpoints. Partner closely with creative, content, supply, and tech for speed and accuracy. Collaborate with product, supply chain, creative, and tech teams to fuel business goals. Drive growth through advertising, pricing, and seller strategy. What We’re Looking For 7–10 years of relevant experience with a D2C Ecommerce businesses - in the FMCG / Nutrition / Nutraceuticals / Healthy Snacking / Personal Care categories. Must have worked with young high-growth brands (not legacy setups). Prior ownership of ₹100 Cr+ ecommerce P&L is a must Deep understanding of marketplace dynamics , algorithm hacks, and platform growth levers. Data-savvy and result-oriented – you know how to track what matters. Experience working with cross-functional teams & performance marketing.
