Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic professional to lead P&L Management for Partnerships , driving product strategy, expense management, and market intelligence across channels and partners. Location- Mumbai -BKC (HO) Designation- AVP – Distribution Strategy – Partnerships Key Responsibilities: ✅ Oversee end-to-end P&L management across partnerships, ensuring cost efficiency & profitability. ✅ Develop innovative product strategies and cost optimization initiatives. ✅ Regularly deliver market intelligence insights and competitor analysis to leadership. ✅ Evaluate new partnership opportunities with detailed commercial assessments. ✅ Collaborate with the CDO & business heads for strategic partner evaluations. ✅ Create comprehensive reports showcasing key performance indicators (KPIs). ✅ Spearhead board & shareholder governance and annual operating plans. Qualifications & Experience: ✔ Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred. ✔ CA/CFA preferred, with a strong understanding of P&L management and balance sheets. ✔ 12-15 years in a strategy-focused role within insurance, finance, or related sectors. ✔ Deep expertise in expense management and cost optimization strategies. ✔ Strong ability to analyze market intelligence & financial data to drive strategic decisions. ✔ A team player with the ability to work seamlessly across departments. ✔ Ability to present complex financial insights effectively to senior leadership.
