Assistant Vice President – Contract Management

What You’ll Do

✅ Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts to meet business needs.

✅ Handle agreements related to corporate and branch leases, licenses, and related documentation.

✅ Ensure all contracts comply with applicable laws, internal policies, and best practices.

✅ Advise business teams on the impact of new laws or regulations on commercial arrangements.

✅ Collaborate with internal stakeholders, clients, and external parties to ensure timely contract closures.

✅ Develop and implement best practices in contract management processes.

✅ Maintain accurate records and manage contract-related data.

✅ Provide periodic reports and updates on contract activities to stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

Education:

Experience:

⚖️ Sound understanding of procedural and contract laws.

🗣️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
