Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled AV Technician to support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of audiovisual systems for a variety of client environments. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in AV hardware setup, cable management, and basic troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation & Setup
• Assist in the on-site installation of AV systems including projectors, displays, microphones, speakers, and control panels.
• Run, terminate, and label AV cables; ensure clean and efficient rack builds.
• Mount and align videowalls, LED displays, and conferencing equipment.
• System Configuration & Testing
• Support engineers in configuring devices such as DSPs, video switchers, and control systems (Crestron, Extron, AMX).
• Perform basic system tests to ensure proper operation.
• Troubleshooting & Maintenance
• Diagnose basic faults in AV systems and escalate complex issues to senior engineers.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and routine system checks.
• Documentation
• Maintain logs of work completed, materials used, and system changes.
• Update as-built documentation, equipment lists, and cable labeling.
• Client Site Support
• Interact professionally with clients during installations and service visits.
• Provide basic user guidance for installed systems when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• ITI/Diploma in Electronics, AV Technology, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in AV installation and maintenance.
• Familiarity with AV brands such as Bose, JBL, Shure, Yealink, Crestron, Extron, and ClearOne.
• Basic understanding of signal flow and AV system components.
• Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Physically fit and comfortable working at heights or in confined spaces.
• Willingness to travel locally for project deployments.

Preferred

• Manufacturer certifications (e.g., Crestron Technician, Extron AV Associate, etc.)
• Experience working in fast-paced project environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
