Role & responsibilities Understand hiring needs and job requirements for roles across departments such as Sales & Marketing, IT Support (IT Infrastructure), Finance & Operations etc.Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, referrals, and other channels.Conduct initial telephonic interviews to shortlist potential candidates.Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.Preferred candidate profile 1 - 5 years of experience in recruitment.Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed etc.)Ability to multitask and manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
