Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in AV and system integration domains.
  • Engage with clients to understand technical needs and translate them into suitable AV solutions.
  • Collaborate with the pre-sales and design teams to prepare BOQs, technical proposals, and pricing.
  • Conduct site surveys, attend client meetings, and deliver solution presentations.
  • Work closely with project execution and support teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat and referral business.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated with AV trends, brands, and products (Crestron, Extron, Cisco, Poly, Barco, etc.).
