Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 10-20 years of experience to lead our Autosar projects in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex projects and leading teams.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage multiple Autosar projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and project managers, to achieve project goals.
Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and provide technical guidance on Autosar solutions.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software development life cycles.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of Autosar architecture, functionality, and application development principles.
Proven experience in managing large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders and teams.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide innovative solutions.
Experience working with recruitment services firms or employment firms is an added advantage.
