About the Role

STEMForge Tech Labs is looking for an experienced Automotive Software Integration & Verification Trainer to deliver a structured and engaging online training program for our corporate learners.


Role Overview

  • Module:

    Automotive Software Integration & Verification Trainer
  • Duration:

    40–50 Hours
  • Daily Training:

    7 Hours per Day

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end training on SAP Kinaxis with hands-on demonstrations
  • Cover essential topics such as Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, Inventory, and Scenario Modeling
  • Deliver structured training sessions for the

    Automotive Software Integration & Verification Mastery

    program.
  • Teach advanced concepts including

    ASPICE workflows, MBSE, AUTOSAR, RTOS, MBD pipelines, diagnostics, cloud integration & verification workflows

    .
  • Demonstrate hands-on practices using tools such as

    MATLAB/Simulink, DaVinci, Polyspace, ControlDesk, Trace32, Jenkins, Medini

    .
  • Guide learners through

    MiL, SiL, PiL, HiL

    testing methodologies and real-world implementation.
  • Explain automotive communication protocols such as

    CAN, LIN, UDS, DoIP

    and their integration in ECU workflows.
  • Mentor participants on

    debugging, firmware integration, RTOS scheduling, and embedded development best practices

    .
  • Assist learners in completing practical assignments and quizzes aligned with the course modules. Lead the

    capstone project

    , ensuring participants apply end-to-end integration concepts.
  • Provide insights into

    Functional Safety (ISO 26262), Cybersecurity (ISO 21434)

    and ASPICE-aligned verification.
  • Ensure learning outcomes are met for diverse participants (R&D Engineers, System Engineers, Embedded Developers).


Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience with

    C/C++

    , microcontroller programming, and embedded systems fundamentals.
  • Expertise with

    MATLAB/Simulink

    , model-based design workflows, and code generation (Embedded Coder).
  • Deep knowledge of

    AUTOSAR Classic & Adaptive

    , including SWC design, RTE mapping, BSW configuration.
  • Practical experience with

    RTOS (FreeRTOS/AUTOSAR OS)

    : multitasking, scheduling, queues, ISRs.
  • Proficiency in

    automotive protocols

    : CAN, LIN, UDS, DoIP.
  • Experience in debugging using tools like

    Trace32, JTAG

    , and static analysis tools like

    Polyspace, PC-Lint

    .
  • Familiarity with

    ASPICE processes

    , V-model workflows, and traceability management.
  • Understanding of

    cloud-edge integration

    , OTA workflows, and predictive maintenance frameworks.
  • Comfort with

    AI/ML basics

    for edge intelligence (optional but preferred).
