Job Description

Digital Transformation Consultant

Key Responsibilities:



  • Leverage industry knowledge and assets

    to develop

    sustainable, long-term digital solutions

    for clients.

  • Collaborate with

    customer stakeholders

    to conduct

    in-depth data analysis, generate reports, and communicate actionable insights

    effectively.

  • Manage and

    coordinate end-to-end project execution (PMO)

    to ensure successful completion within scope, budget, and timeline.

  • Handle

    Digital RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs

    end-to-end, including

    pre-sales activities, proposal management, and deal structuring

    .

  • Develop

    customer deliverables

    , including

    commercial proposals, bid responses, and deal management

    .

  • Drive

    thought leadership initiatives

    , manage

    client visits, and maintain relationships with partners and industry analysts

    .

  • Stay up-to-date with

    digital trends in customer experience, employee engagement, and immersive technologies

    .

  • Conduct

    industry research and market analysis

    , consolidating findings into

    actionable reports and presentations

    .

  • Develop high-quality

    Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, Points of View (POV), and client presentations

    .


Required Skills & Qualifications:



  • Proven

    experience in digital transformation, strategy, and consulting

    .

  • Strong expertise in

    project management, PMO coordination, and stakeholder management

    .

  • Experience handling

    pre-sales activities, proposal writing, and deal structuring

    .

  • Ability to

    analyze data, generate insights, and effectively communicate findings

    .

  • Strong understanding of

    emerging digital trends and technologies

    .

  • Excellent

    presentation, research, and communication skills

    .

  • Experience working with

    global clients across industries

    .

  • Familiarity with

    customer experience, employee experience, and immersive digital solutions
