Job Description

Have comprehensive exposure to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Lead the entire project management process post-sales, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Demonstrate strong leadership skills to manage teams and project dynamics effectively.

Possess extensive experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies to facilitate smooth project execution.

Excel at stakeholder management, including internal teams, external partners, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End SDLC Management : Lead projects from initiation through to delivery, ensuring all phases of the SDLC are effectively executed.

Post-Sales Process Oversight : Take ownership of projects after the sales handover, including budgeting, resource allocation, timeline management, and risk assessment.

Agile & Scrum : Manage Sprint Planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and delivery within Agile/Scrum frameworks, ensuring iterative project progress.

Budgeting & Resource Allocation : Develop and manage project budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure optimum utilization of the team.

Stakeholder Management : Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners, ensuring clear communication, and managing expectations.

Client Interaction : Organize and lead client meetings to align on project progress, gather feedback, and address any issues promptly
