Automobile Sales Executive

Position SummaryThe Automobile Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining long-term customer relationships. The role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to convert inquiries into successful sales. Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Customer HandlingWelcome walk-in customers and understand their vehicle requirements. Present and explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance options, and accessories. Conduct product demonstrations and test rides/test drives. Follow up with leads generated via calls, digital campaigns, social media, and referrals. Convert inquiries into bookings and ensure smooth delivery of vehicles. 2. Sales Process ManagementMaintain and update leads in CRM systems. Prepare price quotations, finance proposals, and exchange evaluations. Assist customers with loan/finance documentation and coordination with finance partners. Coordinate with back-office teams for stock availability and vehicle delivery schedules. Ensure timely completion of bookings, billing, registration, and insurance. 3. Customer Relationship BuildingMaintain long-term relationships with customers for referrals and repeat sales. Ensure high customer satisfaction during and after the sale. Manage upselling of accessories, AMC packages, insurance renewals, and value-added services. 4. Product Knowledge & Market InsightMaintain in-depth knowledge of all vehicle models, variants, new launches, and competitor offerings. Stay updated on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor pricing. Attend dealership and OEM training sessions regularly. 5. Reporting & ComplianceMaintain daily sales reports, lead status updates, and follow-up records. Meet monthly sales targets set by management. Follow dealer SOPs, documentation standards, and showroom protocols.
