Job Description

Work Environment: Office-based, field-based, or hybrid roles depending on the company May require travel to meet clients or attend events Often involves working under pressure to meet deadlines and targets Proven sales experience (industry-specific if required) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities Goal-oriented and self-motivated Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) Time management and organizational skills Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) CRM & Reporting: Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts using CRM software. Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. Market Research: Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
