Job Description

Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable two-wheeler models and variants. Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, pricing, and finance options. Follow up with leads, inquiries, and potential buyers through calls and visits. Coordinate with the finance and insurance (F&I) team for loan and insurance processes. Ensure timely registration and delivery of vehicles. Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM systems regularly. Participate in promotional events, test ride campaigns, and roadshows. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management. Handle customer feedback and escalate issues for resolution when necessary. Key Skills Required: Good communication and interpersonal skills Customer handling and negotiation ability Knowledge of two-wheeler features and specifications Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools) Self-motivated and target-oriented Freshers with good communication and passion for sales may also apply
