Job Description

Position: Lead or Senior QA Engineer(Automation and Non functional Testing)

Industry : Core Payment Domain

Location:

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement scalable
automation frameworks
for financial applications (payment gateways, risk systems, etc.)
Develop and maintain
automated test scripts
for APIs and backend using tools such as
Selenium, Cypress, Playwright
Conduct
performance, load, stress, security, and reliability testing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with
PCI DSS, GDPR
, and other financial regulations
Validate
financial transactions
, data integrity, and reporting accuracy
Integrate test scripts into
CI/CD pipelines
using
Jenkins, GitLab CI
Perform
root cause analysis
and defect resolution
Mentor junior QA engineers
and promote best QA practices
Maintain detailed documentation for test cases, results, and compliance audits

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 5+ years
of QA automation experience, with Minimum 3+ years in payment industry
Strong understanding of
financial systems testing
, transaction validation, and reconciliation
Hands-on experience with
automation frameworks
and
performance testing tools
(JMeter, LoadRunner)
Experience in
ISO 8583
, XML, JSON, encryption, and data security
Familiarity with cloud platforms (
AWS, Azure
) and containerization (
Docker, Kubernetes
)
ISTQB
or equivalent certification preferred
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
