Required Skills

Vision and Strategic Thinking

Ability to define clear quality goals aligned with organizational/client objectives.

Capability to create a roadmap for achieving high-quality deliverables.

Proactive in identifying risks and opportunities for improvement. Communication Skills Strong verbal and written communication to convey expectations, feedback, and updates.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and stakeholders.

Encourages open dialogue and ensures clarity in team discussions. Core Programming Skills

Proficiency in C# programming language with strong object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts.

Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with proper design patterns. Automation Frameworks

Expertise in Selenium WebDriver for UI automation.

Hands-on experience with SpecFlow for Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).

Ability to design, develop, and maintain robust, reusable, and scalable automation frameworks. Testing Tools & Techniques

Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.

Experience in:

Functional testing

Regression testing

Integration testing

End-to-end testing

Knowledge of API testing tools such as RestSharp or equivalent.

Knowledge of File processing automation. Database Knowledge

Basic knowledge of database testing and ability to write SQL queries for validation.

Experience with databases like SQL Server, MySQL, or similar. Performance & Security Testing (Optional but Preferred)

Exposure to performance testing tools such as NeoLoad.

Basic understanding of security testing concepts. Experience:

4+ years of experience in test automation

Proven track record of delivering high-quality automation solutions in Agile environments."
