Job description: Roles and Responsibilities Minimum 3+ years of experience in Stress analysis-Aero Engine. Should have a basic knowledge in FEA 2D & 3D Finite Element modelling of simple, moderate and complex components Linear and non-linear static stress analysis (Geometric, Material and contact Linearity) HCF/LCF ,fracture mechanics, Modal, Harmonic and transient Dynamic stress analysis Strength, stability and Durability of components Damage tolerance analysis to estimate fracture life Should able to build/update FE Models in Hyper-Mesh. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Required Qualifications Experience in mechanical design & analysis of aircraft engine models Postgraduate in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace engineering with excellent academic background In-depth understanding of mechanical engineering fundamentals Proficiency in application of ANSYS ,HYPERMESH, Unigraphics, software and Siesta is added advantage Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to meet stringent deadlines and commitments

Roles and Responsibilities Manage design engineering activities for FPSO projects, ensuring compliance with project schedules and budgets. Lead a team of engineers to deliver high-quality designs on time, meeting client expectations. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, drawings, and reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential issues and implement solutions. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry standards.

Undertaking below tasks (1) Prepare Project Design basis for Stress Analysis. (2) Prepare Stress Critical Line List. (3) Execute Stress analysis using software. (4) Prepare Stress reports in project deliverable format. (5) Mark-up stress related data (routing changes, support location and types, etc.) on isometrics for updation in 3D model. (6) Prepare Piping Load Summary as input for Civil/Structural design. (7) Prepare Datasheets, RFQ / MR, TBA and VDR for bought out supports (Eg. Springs). (B) Knowledge Base / Soft Skills (1) Good understanding and awareness of : (i) ASME B31.3 code requirements related to safety in stress (ii) Flange leakage calculations. (iii) Calculation of nozzle displacements using first principles (using Geometry, material, temperature). (iv) Pipe support constructions. (v) Spring selection criteria. (vi) Stress analysis of buried Piping. (vii) 3D model navigation in Navisworks (2) Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, MS Paint. Below experience will be an added advantage (a) WRC calculations. (b) Nozzle stiffness calculation using NozzlePro software. (c) Stress analysis of non-metallic piping (Eg. GRP). (d) ASME B31.1 code (Power Piping) requirements related to safety in stress (e) Good English communication skills written and oral. (C) Position specific requirements (1) Sector Oil & Gas and/or Chemical (2) Educational Qualification Mechanical Engineering Degree from a reputed institute. Position Summary: We are looking for a hands-on QA Engineer / Senior QA Engineer to join our team and contribute to the OA/MCPM platform. This role involves analyzing performance requirements, designing test scenarios, scripting, and executing test scripts. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically strong candidate with a numerate degree or equivalent to work on dynamic buy-side and sell-side systems undergoing rapid and exciting changes due to the current regulatory environment. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience and will be responsible for ensuring the performance, scalability, and reliability of our software applications. You will work closely with development teams to identify performance bottlenecks and provide actionable insights to improve system performance. Key Responsibilities: Create detailed performance test plans, including test scenarios, metrics, and expected results. Script performance tests for web-based applications and REST APIs. Design and implement load tests to simulate real-world user traffic using different load patterns. Set up test environments and manage test data. Execute performance tests and monitor key metrics like response time, throughput, CPU usage, and memory utilization. Conduct stress testing, endurance testing, and spike testing to evaluate system stability under extreme load conditions. Analyze test results and identify performance issues. Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance. Monitor and report on system performance metrics. Utilize performance testing tools and frameworks. Document and communicate test findings and recommendations. Work in tight deadlines within a mature time-boxed testing environment. Demonstrate consistent and good judgment in assessing the severity of issues. Understand multi-tiered technology architecture. Test web services-based GUI applications and perform API testing. Must-Have Skills: Proven experience as a Performance Tester or similar role. Strong knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner). Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., AWS CloudWatch, Foglight, Splunk, Datadog). Expertise with Apache JMeter (4+ years). Additional tools like LoadRunner are a plus. Experience in scripting performance tests for web-based applications and REST APIs. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Desirable Skills: ISEB certification or equivalent. Understanding of performance test principles. Knowledge of testing tools like JIRA, qTest, and others. Experience of 4+ years as performance testing (4-8 years). Ability to support critical releases functionally if required. Experience in system/regression testing, ideally in a financial environment with a blend of manual and performance testing. Good understanding of relational databases and SQL. Experience and understanding of the testing process, project test lifecycles, and techniques. Commercial awareness and experience with regulations in buy-side and sell-side dealings is a plus. Demonstrated ability to manage self-workload effectively. Complete ownership of the module/component from delivery and quality perspective. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand performance requirements. Effectively communicate performance test results and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
