Automation Test Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for Automation Testers. Key Responsibilities: Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies. Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG, etc. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python. Solid understanding of system architecture, networking concepts, and operating systems (Windows, Linux). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and design comprehensive testing strategies. Perform both manual and automated testing to identify defects, troubleshoot issues, and verify system functionality. Utilize testing tools and frameworks to streamline the testing process and improve efficiency. Participate in the design and implementation of test automation frameworks to support continuous integration and deployment pipelines. Analyze test results and provide feedback to stakeholders on the quality of the system under test. Document defects and track resolution progress throughout the testing lifecycle. Contribute to the improvement of testing processes, methodologies, and best practices. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance testing capabilities and stay ahead of competition. Actively participate in team meetings, sprint planning, and retrospective sessions to ensure alignment and collaboration across the organization.
