Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using UI Path and Power Platform. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand automation requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Lead automation projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior automation engineers. Conduct feasibility studies and recommend automation tools and frameworks. Continuously evaluate and improve automation processes to optimize efficiency and reliability. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in automation development, with proficiency in UI Path and Power Platform. Proven track record of successfully implementing large-scale automation projects. Strong understanding of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) principles and methodologies. Experience in designing and implementing automation frameworks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
