We’re looking for an experienced professional to spearhead the design and implementation of automation initiatives for a global organization. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with technology leaders worldwide, drive innovation through Power Apps and RPA tools, and build communities of practice that deliver lasting impact. 💼 What You'll Be Doing: Lead architecture and development of automation strategies. Manage and grow hybrid teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and high performance. Drive best practices in cloud, data, RPA, and agile delivery. Own hiring, retention, and governance to build a sustainable, tech-driven culture. Partner with global leaders to align solutions with strategic goals. ✅ What We’re Looking For: 10+ years of experience in solution delivery/architecture, with 5+ years in automation and RPA. Proficiency in Power Apps, UiPath, and Microsoft’s tech stack. Leadership experience managing non-hierarchical, agile teams. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. A passion for transformation, technology, and delivering meaningful outcomes.
