Automation Integration Specialist We’re hiring a hands-on automation expert who understands how to connect the dots between platforms, APIs, and customer journeys. From WhatsApp flows to Shopify triggers, and Meta Webhooks to Zapier magic, you’ll be building invisible systems that make our tech run like a well-oiled spiritual machine. This role is equal parts systems thinker, integration builder, and problem-solver. 🔍 Responsibilities Build and manage WhatsApp-based automations using Meta Business APIs and third-party platforms (e.g., WATI, Twilio, Gupshup, etc.) Set up webhooks, custom triggers, and actions for product notifications, rituals, delivery flows, etc. Work with tools like Zapier, Make.com (Integromat), Pabbly, or n8n to automate multi-step processes Integrate Shopify, CRMs, and Airtable/Notion/GSheets with WhatsApp and email journeys Build and manage drip flows for user retention, abandoned carts, Puja updates, etc. Collaborate with product and design teams to build trigger-based personalization at scale Run QA and testing for every flow before rollout Create internal dashboards or alerts for failed automations / edge cases Document automations and ensure fail-safe backups for critical flows ✅ Must-Have Skills Solid experience with Meta’s WhatsApp Cloud API and webhook setup Proficiency with Zapier, Make.com, Pabbly, or equivalent Strong understanding of automation logic: if/else, delays, branching, error handling Minimum 3-5 years of Experience integrating Shopify, Google Sheets, Notion, Airtable, Calendly, etc. Familiar with tools like Postman, webhook testing, and JSON payload debugging Able to independently build, test, and deploy automations without needing hand-holding Bonus: Basic understanding of JavaScript or low-code platforms Startup mindset — you love building systems from scratch, not just managing them
