Brief Job Description – Automation Engineer

· Design and develop automation solutions in support of automation and serve as a technical

· Keep system updates, programme back up to ensure trouble free operation of dairy.

· Trouble shooting during the breakdown and route case analysis to be carried out.

· Necessary programme modification as per Improvement plan/production requirements in PLC, HMI & SCADA.

· Responsible for the calibration of field instruments.

· Ensure maintenance of all machines in process plant as per annual scheduled maintenance plan.

· Ensure maintenance of all utility machines in process plant as per annual scheduled maintenance plan.

· Utilization of manpower effectively.

· Plan and execute the works cost effectively and within time limit.

· Assist EH to maintain critical spares and control store inventory at minimum level.

· Log all daily break down/preventive maintenance activities carried out in the plant.

· Maintain History book and maintenance logs of plant equipments.

· Participate and ensure adherence to safety norms.

· Implement role specific internal controls and statutory norms as per guidelines.

· Participate in internal audits and building the Quality Management Systems.

· Implement modifications in the system to reduce breakdown/Cost.

· Maintain all documents and records for audit purpose.

· Train the subordinates in different areas.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
